KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Maxine M. Barbich, whose address is 4860 Harlan Street,
Denver, County of Denver, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantor" for and in consideration ofthe
sum of $4,050 00 (Four Thousand Fifty Dollars) and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the
City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "~", do ht:reby give and grant to said City PERMANENT
EASEMENT on, along, ovt:r and across the following described premises to-wit:
A tract ofiand lying in tht: SW V4 of Section 13, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, described as
The south 10 feet of Lot 14 of Block. 16, BerKely Heights, Second filing as recorded in Book 2 at Page
2 of the official records of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, together with the south 10 feet
of the east Y:, of the vacated alley adjacent thereto.
For the purpose of Construction and maintenance of a storm sewer
Subject to the following terms and conditions. The City agrees to hold harmless the Grantor from and
against any suit, claim, attorney's fet:s, loss or damage, including personal injury or loss of life, which
may occur as a result ofnegligent construction or maintenance of said storm sewer by and/or for the City
on tht: property subject to this casement.
Said tract contains 1,350 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as 4835 Harlan Street, Wheat Ridge, 80033
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the City that she has good title to the aforedescribed premises; and that
she has good and lawful right to grant thiS easement.
