hereinafter called "City", do hereby give and grant 10 said City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following

Subjcct to the following terms and conditions: To the extent permitted by law, and without waiving any immunities,
prolections, ordefcnses available at common law or under statute, including, without limitation, the Colorado Governmental
Immunitics Act, Section 24-10-101, et seq" C.R.S., the City, individually and for itself only, agrees to hold harmless the
Grantor(S) from and against any suit, claim, attorney's fees, loss or damage, ineluding personal injury or loss oflife, which
may occur as a result of negligent construction or maintenance of said storm sewer by and/or for the City on the property
subject to this easemcnt.
Said tract contains 1000 0 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as: 10825 W 32"" Ave., Wheal Ridge, CO 80033
And the Grantor(S) hereby covcnant(S) with the City that thcy have good I1tle 10 the aforedescribed premises; and that they have
good and lawful right to grant this casement.
