not limited to plant matenal. street furnIture and other Items as shown In Wheat Ridge Project #S-SCP-02-01, includIng payment
of the water bill for water tap number WR WD #4389 The City's irrigation system, located on the south side of the proposed
Sidewalk as shown in Wheat Ridge Project #S-SCP-02-01 and the property o'Wller's water service shall be and remain mutually
exclusive. No llltcr-connects of water systems shall be allowed.
Subject to the following terms and conditions. To the extent perP.1itte'd by la'W, and without waiving any immumties. protections, or
defenses available at commonla'W or under statute, including. without limitation, the ColOlado Governmental Immnnities Act.
