Suite 210N, Lakewood, County of Jeffcrson. State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantor" for and in
considerahon ofthe sum of ONE DOLLAR AND NO/100 ($1.00) and other valuable consideration to them m hand
paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinaller called "City", do hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT
EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described premises to-wit.

the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, being
more particularly described as follows:

19, Page 9 in the offiCial records of said County of Jefferson, State of Colorado
For the purpose of: 1ne construction and maintenance of a sidewalk.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: To the extent permitted by law and without waiving
any immunities, proteehons, or defenses available at common law or under statute, including,
without limitation, the Colorado Goverrunental Immunities Act, SectIOn 24-1 0-10 I, et seq., C.R.S.,
the City, individually and for itself only, agrees to hold hannless the Grantor from and agamst an~
suit, clmm, attorney" s fees, loss or damage, including personal injury or loss oflite, which ma~
occur as a result of negligent construction or maintenance of smd bv and/or for the City on the
property subject to this easement.
Said tract contains I 121 square feet more or less.

And the Grantor hereby eoyenants with the City that thev have good title to the aforedescribed premises; and that thev
have good and lawful right to grant this easement.
