THIS AGREEMENT, made in the City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,

Said easement is given fDr the sDle purpDse Df ingress and egress
and cDnstructiDn purpDses, and it is agreed and understDDd that it is
nDt tD be cDnstrued as an easement given tD the exclusiDn Df the Parties
of the First Part, their heirs and assigns, or tD Dthers later granted
a similar right.
To have and to hold the said right of way easement unto the Party
of the Second Part for a period of six (6) months.
The Party of the Second Pert agrees to repair all damages occasiDned
by the construction activities.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have duly executed this
Agreement.
