WITNESSETH, that the Parties of the Fi::-st Part, for themsel\'es, thei:r
heirs and assigns, grant and convey unto the Party of t~e Second Part, its
heirs and assigns, an eesement in, to, upon, and ever all that real prop-
erty described as follo~5:
A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter (S.W. ~), Northeast
Quarter (N.E. ~) Section Twenty-nine (29), Township 3 South, Range 59
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, said tract being a portion of
Lot Thirty-nine (39) of Applewood Village-Second Filing as recorded
in Jefferson County Plat Book 22, Page 15, said tract all being
located in the City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, St~te of
Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Center Section 29, Township 3 South, Range 59 West;
thence North 89031'12" East along the East-West centerline Section 29,
Township 3 South, Range 59 West a distance of 305.000 feet; thence
North 00044'06" West a distance of 40.000 feet to a point on the
Northerly Right-of-Way line of West 32nd Avenue; thence North 89031'12"
East along the Northerly Right-of-Way line of West 32nd Avenue a dis-
tance of 30.000 feet; thence North 44023'00" East a distance of
258.030 feet to the Southeasterly corner of Lot 39, Applewood Village-
Second Filing, said point being the true point of beginning; thence
North 35020'47" West along the Southerly line of Lot 39, Applewood
Village-Second Filing a distance of 1.705 feet; thence North 54041'17"
East a distance of 80.007 feet to a point on the Northerly line of
Lot 39, Ap~lewood Village-Second Filing; thence South 36020'47" East
along the Northerly line of Lot 39, Applewood Village-Second Filing
a distance of 0.287 feet to the Northeasterly property corner of Lot
39, Applewood Village-Second Filing; thence South 53039'35" West along
the Easterly line Lot 39 a distance of 80.000 feet to the true point of
beginning. The above described tract of land contains 80 square feet
or 0.002 acres more or less.
Said easement is given for the sole purpose of ingress and e~rEss
and construction purposes, 81.d it is agreed and understood th?t it is
not to be construed as an easement given to the Exclusion of thE PBr~ies
of the First Part, their heirs and assigns, Dr to othErs later granted

To have and to hold the said right of way easement unto tr.e Party
of the Second Part for a period of six (5) months.
The Party of the Second Part agrees to repair all damages occasioned
by the construction activities.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties ~lereto have duly Executed this
Agreement.
