It is expressly understood and agreed by and between the parties, and is expressly made a p)rtion cf the grant hereby conveyed, that th" Easement hereby granted is for the purpose of allOwing Grantee to enter upon the property described for the purpose of constructing flood control iaprovements which will be of benefit to Grantor and other citizens of the Sitv of W~eat Qidge, 8.S well as to residents of surrounding areas. T'le Easenent granted hereby shall entitle 'i-rantee to enter upon the described property for the purpose of consiructing such iaproveaents as may be conteuplated 3.nd required J.{l Grantee. During the term of this Easement, which shall continue during any consiruction activities carried on and TI8.int8.ined ,If' (l-rantee on said flood-control project, Grantee agrees that it shall be responsible to repair or conpensate Grantor for any damages caused by Grantee's utiliz8.tion cf this Easenent to Grantor's surrounding property.
