TEMPORARY EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Hazel Swisher of 4685 pierce
Street, Wheat Ridge of Jefferson County, State of Colorado, here-
inafter called the "grantor", for and in consideration of the sum of
ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to her in hand
paid by the Ci ty of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", does
hereby give and grant unto said City, TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF-WAY and
EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described premises
to-wit:
The East 12 feet of the West 50 feet of the South 3 feet of a
tract of land recorded in Book 1213, Page 41, at Jefferson
County. Said tract being the East 140 feet of the South 50
feet of the North 110 feet of Lot 19 of the COULEHAN GRANGE
SUBDIVISION in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 23, Township 3
South, Range 69 West.

For the purpose of matching an existing driveway to the proposed
street grade.
subject to the following terms and conditions:
This easement will remain in effect during the construction
period for Public Works Contract SI-I02.01-85-5 and shall
expire upon completion thereof.
