Subject to the following terms and conditions: This Temporary Ease- ment shall remain in effect during the construction period for Public Works contract SI 107.01-83-6 and shall expire upon the com- pletion thereof. All existing features such as lawns, fences, and trees shall be restored to original condition or better.
