KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that James E. Simons, 6909 West 26th
Ave., Wheat Ridge, Colorado of Jefferson County, State of Colorado,
hereinafter called the "grantor", for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten and 00/100 dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considera-
tion to him in hand paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter
called "City", do hereby give and grant unto said City, TEMPORARY
RIGHT-OF-WAY and EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following
described premises to-wit:
The West 12 feet of the east 20 feet of the South 10 feet of a
parcel of land described at Jefferson County as the West 1/2 of the
East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of lot 4 except the North 325 feet thereof,
Block 4, BARTH'S SUBDIVISION. Said subdivision is located in the
South East 1/4 of Section 26. Township 3 South Range 69 West. Such
parcel is recorded at Jefferson County under reception No.
82086689-021634.
AKA 6909 West 26th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033

For the purpose of Matching an existing driveway to the new grade of
26th Avenue.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: This Temporary Ease-
ment shall remain in effect during the construction period for
Public Works contract SI 107.01-83-6 and shall expire upon the com-
pletion thereof. All existing features such as lawns, fences, and
trees shall be restored to original condition or better.
