TEMPORARY EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Richard A. williams & Orie
Vaye Williams, 4380 Harlan Street, Wheat Ridge, of Jefferson
County, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantors", for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars
($lO.OO)and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by
the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", do hereby
give and grant unto said City, TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF-WAY and
EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described
premises to-wit:
That part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 24, Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M.,
described as follows: From a POINT OF BEGINNING 325 feet
North and 30 feet East of the SW corner of the NW 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 24; thence East 20
feet; thence North northeasterly 75.66 feet to a point,
which point is located 75 feet North and 30 feet East of the
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence West 20 feet; thence South
southwesterly 75.66 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The northerly border of the temporary construction easement
is contiguous with the southerly border of the Permanent
Easement for this tract.
Also known and numbered as 4380 Harlan Street
(Exhibit attached)
For the purpose of constructing curb and gutter, appurtenances to
a drainage system for storm water run-off, and adjustment of
asphalt driveways.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: Existing features
shall be restored to original or better condition. One driveway
to remain open at all times for access to offices. This
Temporary Easement shall expire upon completion of project
construction.
