KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Glenn Coury and Anny B.
Coury, 10088 West 32nd Avenue, Wheat Ridge, of Jefferson County,
State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor", for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00l and
other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the City of
Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", do hereby give and grant
unto said City, TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF-WAY and EASEMENT on, along,
over and across the following described premises to-wit:
The North 10 feet of Lot 3, Block 12, PARAMOUNT HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION PART ONE of Jefferson County Records, as shown
on attached Exhibit 'A' which is made a part of this
description.
For the purpose of matching existing driveway to new roadway.
Spbject to the following terms and conditions:
All fences, lawns and other improvements within the easement
area will be restored to original or better condition.
This easement shall expire upon completion of the project.
