KNOW ALL MEN BY 'l'HESE PRESENTS, that Ernestine Williams, 11100
West 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado of Jefferson County,
State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor", for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred Eighty Eight and 64/100
Dollars ($188.64) and other valuable consideration to her in hand
paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", does
hereby give and grant unto said City, TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF-WAY and
EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described prem-
ises to-wit:
A portion of the East 1/2 of Tract 13, BROOKS1DE
SUBDIVISION, Jefferson County, Colorado described as
foll ows:
Parcel 4.1l3C-li which parcel contains 5,391 square feet,
more or less.
Exhibit "A" attached herewith and made a part of this description.
For the purpose of construction of channel improvements and
relocation of sanitary sewers.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
All fences, lawns and other improvements within the easement
area will be restored to original or better condition. This
easement shall expire upon completion of the project.

County, Colorado, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of said East 1/2 which lies 463.85
feet north of the southeast corner of said east 1/2;
thence south 32.75 feet along said east line;
thence on a deflection right of 66020', 179.70 feet to the west line of
said East 1/2;
thence north 32.75 feet along said west line;
thence on a deflection right of 66021', 179.72 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 5391 square feet or 0.124 acres more or less.
This conveyance is made to more definitely and correctly describe the right
or interest conveyed by deed dated September 29, 1983 and recorded November
5, 1984, in Reception No. 84103608 in the records of the County of
Jefferson, Colorado.
The drafter of this description is Mr. John S. Lambert, PLS 13212.
Prepared on behalf of Sellards & Grigg, Inc., 143 Union Blvd,
Lakewood, Colorado 80228, on December 19, 1988 under job number 87585-
26 for Urban Drainage and Flood Control District and the City of Wheat
Ridge. This description is not to be construed as representing a
monumented land survey. It is understood that Urban Drainage and
Flood Control District and the City of Wheat Ridge is aware of section
38-51-107, C.R.S. and is responsible to administer all appropriate
