KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Ernestine Williams, 11100
West 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado of Jefferson County,
State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor", for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred Sixty Eight and 57/100
Dollars l$168.57} and other valuable consideration to her in hand
paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", does
hereby give and grant unto said City, TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF-WAY and
EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described prem-
ises to-wit:
A portion of the East 1/2 of Tract 13, BROOKSIDE
SUBDIVISION, Jefferson County, Colorado described as
follows:
Parcel 4.113C-2i which parcel contains 1,873 square feet,
more or less.
Exhibit "A" attached herewith and made a part of this des-
cription.
For the purpose of construction of channel improvements and
relocation of sanitary sewers.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
All fences, lawns and other improvements within the easement
area will be restored to original or better condition. This
easement shall expire upon completion of the project.

Beginning at a point on the west line of said East 1/2 which lies 575.51
feet north of the southeast corner of said west 1/2;
thence on a deflection right of 68042', 67.00 feet;
thence on a deflection left of 128058', 71.91 feet to the west line of said
East 1/2;
thence south along said west line 60 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING,
containing 1873 square feet or 0.043 acres more or less.
