TITLE: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NUMBER 11 CONCERNING THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS AND THE REQt1IREMENT9 AND REGULA-
TIONS THEREFOR BY PROVIDING 30-FOOT FRONT YARD SET-8AC( IN ZONING
DISTRICTS R-1, R-1A, R-18, R-2, R-3A and R-3 OF THE CITY OF WHEAT
RIDGE, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C50NCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT-RIDGE,
COLORADO THAT:
Section 1: Purpose.
This ordinance is enacted for the purpose of promot-
ing the beautification of„property, while further promoting the -
health, safety, convenience, order, prosperity and welfare of the -
present present and future -inhabitants of the City of Wheat Ridge by
securing safety from fire-and other dangers, providing light and
air, and avoiding undue-congestion of-population.
Section 2: Zoning Districts.
The Zoning Districts. affected by this ordinance are
as follows:
R-1
Residential
One District
R-1A
Residential
One A District

Residential
One B District
R-2-
-Residential
Two District
R-3
Residential
Three District
R-3A
Residential
Three A District
Section 3: Amendment of-Front Yard Set Back Re-
quirements.-
Sections 4,C,2; 5,C,2; 7,C,2; 8,C,2; and 9 2
of Ordinance Nd., 'f1 are.tiereby amended to read as follows: -
The minimum depth of front yards for dwellings
and other main buildings--shall be thirty (30) feet:
Section 4: Effective Date.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30)
days after publication following final passage.
