ORDINANCE NO. 67
Series of 1970
TITLE:- AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE SALARY OF THE CLERK AND TREASURER OF
THE CITY OF-'WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RICYGE,-COLORADO,
THAT:
Section 1. The salary-for-the Clerk for the year January 1,
1971 through December 31, 1971, shall be Six Thousand Three -.Hundred
Dollars.-($6,30D.00).
Section 2. The salary for the Clerk of the City of Wheat
Ridge shall be payablemonthly at the rateof Five Hundred Twenty-Five
Dollars-($525.00) per month.
Section 3._ The salaryfor the Treasurer of the City of__
Wheat Ridge for-the year January 1, 1971, through December 31, 1971,
shall be Four Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($4,800.00).
Section 4. The salaryof the Treasurer shall be payable
monthly at the rate of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) per month.
Section 5. Effective Date. This ordinance is effective
January 1, 1971.
