TITLE; AN ORDINANCE VACATING A CERTAIN PART OF A_STREET LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY
OF WHEAT RIDGE: I.E. VACATING A CERTAIN-DESCRIBED STREET LYING IN PART OF THE
NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER MOP OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE
SIXTH =(6th) PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN.
WHEREAS, by a deed recorded in Book 1325 at Page.150 and,Page 151of the
Jefferson County Records, a certain street was dedicated tO_the-public; and
WHEREAS, the following described street is no llonger,necessary for use
by the public; and
WHEREAS, said street is withiq.the City limits ofthe City of Wheat Ridge;
and
WHEREAS, no land would, by a vacation of said street be.left without an--
established public road connecting it.with,another established public road; and
WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge Planning Commission has approved the vacation _
of said street.
BE IT`ORDAINED`BY_THE-CITY_COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE; COLORADO, 'THAT:
Section 1. The following describedstreet in the City of,Wheat Ridge,
Colorado, be vacated, to wit:.
The East 25 feet of the South._160 feet of Block 8-, Lake-,View Subdivision,
County of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
And the same is hereby approved and the described street is hereby va
Gated; provided, however, said vacation-shall be subject to the following con-
ditions-and reservations.,.
There is reserved to the City of.Wheat Ridge and to utility owners-the
continued use and right to construct,-operate, and maintain sewer, power, water,
telephone, and electric and gas lines in said vacated street.
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days after publication following final passage.
