'City Clerk elen Elise McMillen Deputy City Clerk a Series--,of =1972 TITLE: AN ORDINANCE-TO AMEND SECTION 18 AND 26 OF ORDINANCE 98 OF THE CITY OF'WHEAT RIDGE RELATING TO ZONING WITHIN THE-CITY.OF WHEAT RIDGE. - = - - - - - - BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFIilHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, THATd - SECTION ONE: The following terms and/or proviaions'of Ordinance 98.are hereby.deleted. a. Subsection 8 of Section 26.E. b. Subsection 2 of Section 26.F. c. The word "multiplex" in Section 26.H.1a,_Section 26.H.2a, and Section 26:H..3a. SECTION TWO The fallowing-terms and/or prnvisions`of Ordinance 98- - are hereby enacted. a. Subsection 8 of Section 26.E. Signs in the Display Window: Signs in the display window of.a business use which do not exceed fifty (50) percent-of the visible display window not to exceed two hundred and fifty (250) square feet of total area of sign." b. Subsection 2 of Section 26.F. - "2.~ Portable or wheeled advertising.devices,-excepting licensed motorized vehicles and licensed trailers used in the pursuit of'regular day ;to day business having i7 - the name of the use-by-right and service(s) offered or the name of the use-by-right for hauling of materials, equipment and/or merchandise." c. The word !'triplex" in Section 26.H.1a, Section 26.H2a,-and Section 26.H.3a. ` d. Subsection 16 of Section 18.A - H.16. "Car wash." SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days after publication following, final passage pruv ding`it~shall have been passed by an affirmative vote of three-fourths (3/4) of the members of City, Council, otherwise,' said Ordinance shall take" effect and be in force thirty (30) days after publication followingfinal passage.
