STREETS, EASEMENTS-Mt TRACTS_LYINb',IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE
NORTHWEST 4UARTER OF SECTION 2'1;~_TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF `
THE 6TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN._- . ' "
WHEREAS, by a Plat recorded in Book 20, Page 22 of the Jefferson
County Records,_csrt'ain streets;, easements and tracts were dedicated to_
the public use; and
WHEREAS, the following streets, easements and tracts-are not
necessary for use by the public; and
WHEREAS, no land would, by a vacation of said streets., be left
without an established public road connecting.it with.another established
public road; and
WHEREAS, said streets, easements, and tracts are located within
the city limits of the.City of ,Wheat Ridge; and
WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge Planning.Commission-has approved the
-vacation of said streets.,-easements,- and tracts.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO
THAT:
Section 1. The following described streets, easements and
tracts in the City of Wheat Ridge b 6vacated to wit:
Tract C, Fruitdale Valley Subdivision
Tract D, Fruitdale Valley Subdivision
Tract E, Fruitdale Valley Subdivision
Tract F, Fruitdale Valley Subdivision
Tract G, Fruitdale Valley Subdivision
Tract H, Fruitdale Valley Subdivision
Easements in Block 3,-Fruitdale Valley. Subdivision
West 46th _Avenue as platted in Fruitdale Valley
Subdivision
West.46th Place as platted in Fruitdale Valley
Subdivision
Section 2. Effective Date:_ This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force thirty (30) days `after publication following final passage.
