Motion by Ilderman Donaldson "I move that Muyor Anderson be authorized to execute the lease between Thomas ~ Bravden, Jr. and Beverly Ann BraVden and the City of Wheat Ridge, the lease dated 25th day of May, 1972, to COver leasing of premises at 6503 Id. 38th I,venue being the lower level of this building dnd containing approximately 1170 Sq. Feet for a 1 year period with options, at a rental of one hundred seventy- five dcllars per month." Motion was seconded by Alderman Abramson and passed 5-0. Alderman Howard referred to a part of the lease allowing installation of a flagpole and asked if this had been done. Mayor Anderson said the receptacle had been installed but the pole not yet placed.
