HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance-1975-0166 - Amend WR Ord 102 and 46Introduced by Alderman Merkl ORDINANCE NO. 166 Series of 1974 TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 102, SERIES OF 1971, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 46, SERIES OF 1970 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, THAT: SECTION 1. Section 6, Holidays, Ordinance No. 102, is amended to add a subparagraph A reading as follows: "A. Floating Holiday. Full time employees may be granted one (1) additional Holiday with pay during the calendar year. This day will be designated, individually, for each employee at the discre- tion of the Department Head." SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days after publication following final passage pro- viding that it shall have been passed by an affirmative vote of three- fourths (3/4) members of the City Council; otherwise, said Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after publication following final passage.
