ORDINANCE NO. 177
Series of 1975
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE
RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT AND ERECT PUBLIC SIGNS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT
RIDGE, COLORADO, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City of Wheat Ridge may, subject
to the approval of the Director of Community Development,
construct and erect signs for any public purpose or which
are authorized by any law, statute or ordinance; which
may be of any type, number, area, height above grade, loca-
tion, illumination, or animation, required by the Director
of Community Development or by law, statute, or ordinance
authorizing its construction of erection.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall
take effect thirty (30) days after final publication.
