HomeMy WebLinkAbout08/03/1972 MINUTES August 3, 1972 The one hundred and sixty-eighth regular meeting of the Wheat Ridge City Council was called to order at 7 35 p.m. by Mayor Albert E. Anderson at 7390 West 38 Avenue. Aldermen attending were Donaldson and Ray Pepe. Dr. Paul Abramson, Jack Bramble, Joseph Aldermen Howard and Calvin Hulsey were absent. Ordinance No. 115 (amending Ordinance No. 42 by repealing Ordinance No. 57) was introduced by Alderman Donaldson and read. Motion by Alderman Pepe "I move that Ordinance No. 115 be passed on first reading and be published and posted." Motion was seconded by Alderman Donaldson and passed 3-1. Alderman Abramson voted "nay" and Aldermen Howard and Hulsey were absent. Motion by Alderman Donaldson "I move that Precinct adjustment be abvanced two weeks." Williams of the Park Commission stated that following the appearance of citizens regarding requests that come before the Park Commission - matters are taken under advisement for one week and the decision given at the following meeting.
