ORDINANCE NO. 310

TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE I, SECTION
4-2 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO:
Section 1. Section 4-2 of the Code of the City of Wheat Ridge,
Colorado, is hereby amended and reenacted as Section 4-2 of the
Code of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, as follows:
Sec. 4-2. Animal Control Commission.
The Animal Control Commission as established in Section
2-20 of the Code of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado,
shall act upon all matters set forth in this chapter in
accordance with the authority granted them in Section
2-20.
Section 2. Severability. If any clause, sentence, paragraph,
or part of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person
or circumstances shall for any reason be adjudged by a court of
competent jurisdiction invalid, such judgment shall not affect,
impair or invalidate the remainder of this ordinance or its
application to other persons or circumstances.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect
after final publication.

6 to 0 on this 11th day of December , 1978;
ordered published in full in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Wheat Ridge and Public Hearing and consideration
on final passage set for January 15 , 1979, at
7:30 o'clock _.m., at Council Chambers, 7500 West 29th
Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
READ, ADOPTED, AND ORDERED PUBLISHED on second and final
reading by a vote of 6 to 0 this 15th day of
January 1979.
