ORDINANCE NO. 312

INTRODUCED BY COUNCILPERSON FLASCO
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE III OF CHAPTER 15 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, INCLUDING
CITY CODE SECTIONS 15-13 AND 15-14.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO:
Section 1. Article III of Chapter 15 of the Code of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, which includes Section 15-13 and Section
15-14, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Severability. If any clause, sentence, paragraph,
or part of this ordinance or the application thereof to any
person or circumstances shall for any reason be adjudged by
a court of competent jurisdiction invalid, such judgment shall
not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder of this ordinance
or its application to other persons or circumstances.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days
after final publication.
INTRODUCED, READ, AND ADOPTED on first reading by a vote of
6 to 0 on this 11th day of December , 1978;
ordered published in full in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Wheat Ridge and Public Hearing and consideration
on final passage set for January 15 , 1979, at
7:30 o'clock p.m., at Council Chambers, 7500 West 29th
Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
READ, ADOPTED, AND ORDERED PUBLISHED on second and final
reading by a vote of 6 to 0 this 15th day of
January , 1979.
