ORDINANCE NO. 323
Series of 1979
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24 OF APPENDIX A, ZONING ORDINANCE,
OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, AS ADOPTED AND
PASSED IN 1976, AS AMENDED, WHICH SECTION PERTAINS TO "EXCAVATION
AND DEPOSIT CONTROL".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO,
THAT:
Section 1. Section 24 (A) of Appendix A is amended by deleting the
second paragraph in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
All Special Permits required hereinafter shall be applied for through
the City Community Development Department. Decision shall be made by
the City Council following a Public Hearing upon recommendation by the
City Community Development Department.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after final
publication.
INTRODUCED, READ, AND ADOPTED on first reading by a vote of 4 to
1 on this 12th day of March , 1979; ordered
published in full in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Wheat Ridge, and Public Hearing and consideration on final passage set
for March 26 , 1979, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the
Council Chambers, 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
READ, ADOPTED, AND ORDERED PUBLISHED on second and final reading by a
vote of 6 to 0 this 26th day of March
1979.
