BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT
RIDGE, COLORADO, THAT
Section 1. Upon applIcatIon by Daye Hoss, approval of a rezomng and outlme
development plan m Wheat RIdge, Colorado, Case No WZ-02-12, for property loeated at
5130 Parfet Street, and based on a recommendatIOn for approyal from the Wheat RIdge
Planmng CommIssion and pursuant to the findlllgs made based on testImony and
eYldence presented at publIc hearIng before the Wheat RIdge CIty Council, Wheat RIdge
Maps are hereby amended to exclude from the Agncultural,One Zone DIStrIct and to

that thiS ordmance IS necessary for the preseryal10n of health and safety and for the
protectIOn of publIe conyemence and welfare, The City Counct! further determmes that
the ordmance bears a rattonal relatIOn to the proper leglslattve object sought to be
attamed,
Section 4 SeyerabilIty If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this Zonmg
Code or the applicatIOn thereof to any person or circumstances shall for any reason be
adjusted by a court of competent junsdlction myalId, such Judgment shall not affect
applieatlOn to other persons or Clfcumstances,
Section 5. SupersessIOn Clause, If any proYlSlon, requirement or standard
estabhshed by this Ordmanee IS found to eonfhct With Similar provlslOns, reqUIrements or
