Request for County Project
Series of ]969
BE IT RES(ILVED that subject to approval of the City
Engineer the City Cuuncil hereby approves and requests that the
County of Jefferson proceed with plan.<: to construct and complete
the storm drainage ~YEtem to drain certain lands in the vicinity
of West 33rd and Ph'rce Streets to the existing drains located
near 44th and PiercE Street;;.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL on the 16th day of September,
1969.
