RESOLUTION NO. 12
Series of 1969
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge is desirous of
fulfilling its responsibility of hearing applications for
fermented malt beverage licenses as the local licensing
authority.
WHEREAS, certain costs are incurred in hearings
wherein such licenses are issued or denied by the City.
WHEREAS, the City has no funds to pay for expenses
of said hearings including the costs of transcripts and certified
court reporters.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the applicant in
said cases be required to pay to the City a sufficient sum of
money to cover these costs.
Resolved by a vote of 6 to 0 in a regular City Council
meeting on the 7th day of October, 1969.
