RESOLUTION NO.
Series of 1970
WHEREAS, Section 23-B and Section 23-9 of the
Colorado Highway Safety Council, Model Traffic Code for
Colorado Municipalities, 1966, requires the establishment
of a city traffic engineer office and the designation of
an engineer or other official for prescribed functions.
WHEREAS, Brian Moss is the city employee hired
to perform these functions under the supervision of the
Director of Public Works.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Brian
Moss be designated as the city officer to perform functions
as outlined in Sec. 23-9, subject Model Traffic Code.
