RESOLUTION NO. / S-/
Series of 1971
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return invested
funds to the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the City
Treasurer be authorized to withdraw up to $19,000.00
(Nineteen Thousand and No/IOO Dollars) of invested funds
from Empire Savings and Loan Association and return said
funds to the City General Fund.
