RESOLUTION NO. 238
Series of 1973
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds
of the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the City
Treasurer be authorized to purchase a $100,000.00 (One
Hundred Thousand and no/100 dollars) Certificate of Deposit
at Wheat Ridge National Bank to bear interest at the
rate of eight percent (8%) per annum for a period of
sixty-seven (57) days.
