RESOLUTION NO. 254
Series of 1973
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge is desirous of retaining
THK Associates, Inc., 150l Emerson Street, Denver, Colorado, for the
purpose of composing a Comprehensive Parks & Recreation Master Plan
with detailed study of Clear Creek Greenbelt; and
WHEREAS, funds for this purpose are available from the
Jefferson County Open Space Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the City retain
THK Associates, Inc. for Parks and Recreation Master Planning at a
total cost not to exceed Twenty Thousand and No/lOO Dollars ($20,000.00),
and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract for these
purposes, and that the Mayor shall request funds for this project
from the Wheat Ridge Allocation of the Jefferson County Open Space
Fund.
