WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds
of the City Revenue Sharing Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City
Treasurer be authorized to purchase a $100,000.00 (One
Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars) Certificate of
Deposi t at
Wheat Ridge National Bank to bear interest
at the rate of 8 5/8% (Eight and Five-Eighths Percent)
per annum for a period of ninety (90) days.
