RESOLUTION NO. 315

W~EREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds of
the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treas~rer
be authorized to purchase a $100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand and
No/100 Dollars) Certificate of Deposit at Wleat Ridge National Bank
to bear interest at the rate of ten and three-quarters percent
(10 3/4%) per annum for a period of sixty (60) days.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 27th day of June, A. D., 1974,
by a vote of 6 to 0
