RESOLUTION NO. 317
Series of 1974
WHEREAS, Mountain Bell Telephone Company has proposed rate
increases to produce additional total revenues of approximately $15.7
million, and an increase in its authorized rate of return from 11.4%

WHEREAS, a portion of this proposed revenue will be from
a charge to the customers of communities levying a franchise,
occupation or gross receipt tax; and

opposition to the proposed increases on behalf of municipal customers
and citizen interests;

and endorses the Colorado Municipal League in its efforts to oppose
