RESOLUTION NO. 320
Series of 1974
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to return invested
funds to the City General Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
be authorized to transfer $100,000,00 (One Hundred Thousand and
No/Ioo Dollars) from a matured Certificate of Deposit to the
City General Fund.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 11th day of July, A,D"
