RESOLUTION NO. 350
Series of 1974
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has received a grant of
$5,500 from the Federal Government in the form of a HUD 701 "Local
Planning Assistance" Grant; and
WHEREAS, the receipt of these funds could not have been
reasonably foreseen at the time of the adoption of the 1974 budget;
and
WHEREAS, Oblinger-Smith Consultants, Inc. has been retained
by the City pursuant to this grant; and
WHEREAS, a contingent appropriation is now necessary to
provide for the expenditure of this revenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1974 General Fund
appropriation be set at $2,772,727 and that account 419.13 - Planning
Other Charges and Services be increased from $9,500 to $15,100.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that nothing in this Resolution
shall be construed to change any other appropriation enacted by this
Council, and that a certified copy of this Resolution be filed with
the Division of Local Government and published one time in the WHEAT
RIDGE SENTINEL.
