RESOLUTION NO. 385

WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest
funds of the City General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the
City Treasurer be authorized to purchase a $100,000.00
(One Hundred Thousand and no/lOO Dollars) Certificate
of Deposit at Wheat Ridge National Bank
to bear interest at the rate of
5 3/4%
per annum for a period of
32
days.
