WHEREAS, Resolution No. 383, Series of 1975, was adopted on
April 17, 1975; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 383 contained several clerical errors
w~ich require correction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 383
is hereby amended to read as follows:
