WHEREAS, the below described real property was conveyed by

of Jefferson, State of Colorado, a body politic and
WHEREAS, said Deed is recorded at Book

records of Jefferson County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, said property was intended to be used for public
road purposes, and
WHEREAS, said property is now used for public road purposes.
NOW, THL:.~EFORE, be it resolved that the Ci ty Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, does hereby accept the following
described real property for public road purposes;
The West lO feet of Plot 2 Nicholas Gardens except
the South 137.89 feet, Jefferson County, Colorado.
