WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds
of the Capital Improvements Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer
be authorized to purchase a $ 100,000

Certificate of Deposit at
the BANK OF APPLEWOOD
to bear interest at the rate of
