TITLE: RESOLUTION TO REINVEST FUNDS OF THE CAPITAL IMPRCWEI'ENTS FUND
VVllEREAS, it is deemed necessary to reinvest funds of the city
Capital Improvements Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the ritv Treasurer he
authorized to purchase a $500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand and no/lOa
Dollars) Certificate of DeDosit at First National Bank, Denver (downtown)
to bear interest at the rate of 9.375%
per annum for a Deriod of
ninety (90)
days.
