TITLE: RESOLUTION DIRECTING STAFF TO PREPARE A SALARY ORDINANCE
INCORPORATING THE "FLASCO SALARY PROPOSAL" dated December 11, 1978
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to adopt a Pay
Plan; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Anthony N. Flasco did submit a proposal on
December 11, 1978;
WHEREAS, the said "Flasco proposal" was submitted as "revised"
schedule of "recommended pay ranges" of the Position Classification Study
of September 1978, submitted by John E. Woods, Public Administration
Service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Wheat Ridge that the staff be directed to prepare an Ordinance adopting
the "Flasco proposal";
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Ordinance be prepared for
first reading for the regular Council meeting of February 12, 1979.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the "Class Specification Manual,
City of Wheat Ridge, September 1978", prepared and submitted by John E.
Woods, Public Administration Service, be adopted to become effective
concurrently with the effective date of said salary ordinance.
