RESOLUTION NO. 667
Series of 1979
TITLE: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CITY TREASURER
BE IT RESOLVED that Edward R. Pinson, Chief of Police of the
City of Wheat Ridge, is authorized in the name of the City of Wheat
Ridge to collect, endorse and assign all checks, drafts, notes and
other negotiable or non-negotiable instruments payable to this City,
or in which this City has an interest, and to draw, sign and deliver,
in the name of this City, checks or drafts against the funds of this
City on deposit In the 1st Bank of Wheat Ridge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the purpose of carrying out
this resolution that Edward R. pinson mentioned aforesaid be and he is
appointed as Deputy Treasurer for the CLty of Wheat Ridge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the authority of the aforesaid
Deputy Treasurer to perform each and all of the powers conferred by the
foregoing resolution shall be in effect from November 20, 1979, to
December 3, 1979, and notice of termination of such authority shall be
served in writing upon the 1st Bank of Wheat Ridge, Whea~ Ridge, Colorado.

vote of 8 to 0
