TITLE: RESOLUTION .I\UTHORI~ING THE AC~UISITION OF ;"1. TEMPOR3\TIY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT LOC1\1'ED ON THE PROPERTY AT 'l'HE
~ORTHEAST COR:~ER OF ,'lEST 39TH AVE~mE AND KIPLING STREET
ALSO KNOIVN AS THE HELBU~G PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council In Resolution 676, Series of
1980, has authorized negotiations for the acquisition of a
temporary construction easement on the Helburg property for the
Lena Gulch oroject; and
WHEREAS, the ~!ayor and City Staff have negotiated an
agreement that the easement be donated to the City;
NOW, THEREFOrtE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of ~heat Ridge that the Mayor be authorized to sign
an agreement between the City and Arthur Helburg for the donation
of a temporary construction easement on the Helburg property.
