TITLE: AN APPROPRIATION AND BUDGET TRANSFER RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR
PURCHASE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6363-6365 W. 35TH AVENUE TOGETHER WITH
FURNISHINGS THEREIN FOR USE AS A SENIOR CENTER FOR A TOTAL PURCHASE
PRICE OF $291,000
WHEREAS, there is in effect an annual General Fund, Revenue Sharing,
Sales Tax Improvement Fund; and Special Funds Appropriation Resolution for 1980,
as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that it would be advantageous for the
City of Wheat Ridge to purchase the property at 6363-6365 W. 35th Avenue
together with the furnishings therein for use as a Senior Center for a total
purchase price of $291,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following appropriation accounts
be amended as shown below:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this change shall be construed to increase the
Sales Tax Improvement Fund appropriation by $80,399 as filed with the Division of
Local Government, State of Colorado, and they shall be duly notified of said change.
DONE AND RESOLVED this 16th day of June, 1980, by a vote of 6 to 2
