SERIES OF 1981
TITLE:
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY FUND
AND THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS AND ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS.
WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge Urban Renewal Authority has been
created by the City Council,
WHEREAS, the 1981 transactions relating to the Urban Renewal
Project are to be funded through tax increment financing.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish an Urban Renewal Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT an Urban Renewal Authority
Fund is established, and that budget transfers be made as shown below:
