RESOLUTION NO. 765
SERIES OF 1982
TITLE: RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION #744 AND RE-ADOPTING THE
CITY BUDGET AND ESTABLISHING MILL LEVY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DERIVING PROPERTY TAX REVENUES TO THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1982.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge Annual Budget for the
fiscal year 1982 has been established and Public Hearings and
Meetings have been held after duly published public notices, and
WHEREAS, Resolution #744, Series of 1981, does not reflect
changes approved by City Council for inclusion in the 1982 Budget,
WHEREAS, the Budget provides for revenues and expenditures
In the total amount of $11,750,369 which includes the following funds:
I. General Fund
Mayor
City Council
City Clerk
City Treasurer
Municipal Court
City Administrator
City Attorney
Administrative Services
Community Development
Police
Public Works
Parks and Recreation
Reserve Accounts
General Operations
Carnation Festival
Civil Disaster
2. Capital Improvement Fund
3. General Revenue Sharing Fund
4. Park Acquisition Fund
5. Conservation Trust Fund
6. Senior Center Fund
7. Building Demolition Fund

liHEREAS, $457,200 of the General Fund Budget is estimated
to be derived from ad valorem property taxes and the balance derived
from other estimated revenue sources;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
A. Resolution #744 is hereby rescinded.
B. The City of Wheat Ridge 1982 Budget as stated in this
Resolution be hereby approved and adopted for the fiscal period beginning
January 1, 1982 and ending December 31, 1982.
C. The property tax mill levy for General Fund operating
purposes is hereby established at 3.50 mills and assessed against all
real property located within the City of Wheat Ridge for property taxes
to be collected in 1982 for the valuation year 1981.
