TITLE:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT FROM CITY OF
WHEAT RIDGE'S ATTRIBUTABLE SHARE OF THE JEFFERSON
COUNTY OPEN SPACE FUND FOR HAYWARD PARK DEVELOP-
MENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge has expended
Capital Improvement Funds for the development of Hayward Park,
WHEREAS, the voters of Jefferson County voted on
November 4, 1980 to allow expenditures for the construction
and maintenance of parks and open space,
WHEREAS, the City of Wheat Ridge approved the
development of Hayward Park as a Capital Improvement project
during 1982,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of
Wheat Ridge that the Jefferson County Open Space officials
process the request for reimbursement for the development of
Hayward Park.
DONE AND RESOLVED on this 10th day of January
1983.
