TITLE:
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 935, SERIES OF 1985
WHEREAS, the City Council had previously adopted Resolution No.
935, Series of 1985, calling for a professional appraisal of the
Qualteri property; and
WHEREAS, the property lS no longer available for purchase by the
City of Wheat Ridge;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Wheat Ridge that Resolution No. 935, Series of 1985, should be and is
hereby rescinded.
DONE AND RESOLVED this
8th day of July, 1985.
